Whether the equipment was shipped directly to site or to you, the technician, it is important to go through boxes and make sure that the products you have match the Packing Slip and the Scope of Work Document from the work order.

Correct camera models

Electrical Mounting Boxes for each camera (EBM’s, Corner Mounts, Wall Mounts, Pendant Kits).

NVR is correct model and Hard Drives are installed (You can verify by detaching the top of the NVR housing/ checking through the local interface)

Wattbox

Network Switches (if applicable)

Ubiquiti Wireless Equipment (Antennas, Mounts, Shielded Cable, Patch Cables, Surge Protection)

Accessories (Rack Mount Ears, Cabinets, Weatherproof Enclosures, etc.)

If you are comparing the equipment shipped to the Packing Slip/Scope of Work Document and realize that something is missing- Notify your Project Manager immediately.
