Complete View Approval Form with the POC

The View Approval Form for your specific installation will have been uploaded to the work order as a Required Closeout Document.

Print this document prior to arriving on site.

Review each camera view with the customer and have them sign-off on them as you go.

If the POC is not happy with a camera view, make a note and adjust its view to their liking.

The signed and completed View Approval Form will be uploaded to the work order as a Required Closeout Document. It is necessary for a completed installation.

Make sure the POC understands that service calls to adjust camera views after approval will be subject to billing at an hourly rate.
