Set Up SCW Remote Viewing Software on POC Devices

During your pre-work meeting with the POC, you should have agreed on a time to set up their devices with SCW’s Remote Viewing Software. You will be responsible for making sure their PCs are set up with SCW ViewStation and their phone/tablet is set up with SCW Go.

SCW Technical Support will be available to assist in setting up the POC’s devices. It is important that you make sure this step has been completed before you try to close out the work order.

SCW will not consider any installation to be complete until the client has been set up with remote viewing software.

For additional training on SCW’s Remote Viewing Software, have the POC reach out to SCW Technical Support at (828)352-2242.

If necessary, the SCW Project Manager can coordinate additional training sessions with SCW Technical Support and the POC.
