This document is designed to ensure that all cameras are mounted where the client wants them. Properly completing this step reduces callbacks or warranty work arising from miscommunication.

Note

Don’t forget to print the Location Approval Form document prior to arriving on site

  •  Walk through the site with the customer and review the approved locations for each camera, getting them to sign-off on them as you go.

  •  The signed and completed Location Approval Form must be uploaded to the work order as soon as it as completed. It is a Required Closeout Document and necessary for a completed installation.

Any inaccuracies or changes to the camera locations must be directed to the Techlink Project Manager. They will notify the SCW Project Manager who will contact the client and process a change order if needed.

Warning

No out-of-scope work should be done unless SCW has a signed change order from the POC.
